Jess Door, Manager
Jess joined us as Manager in 2025, bringing with her a wealth of experience from her previous role as a care home manager. After a short career break to welcome her beautiful daughter, Jess returned to the care sector with renewed energy, enthusiasm, and a deep commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. She is passionate about supporting both residents and staff, and takes great pride in creating a positive, nurturing environment where everyone feels valued, safe, and respected. Jess’s leadership is driven by compassion, dedication, and a genuine joy for care.

Sam Barker, Administrator
Sam is the heart and soul of The Hall's day-to-day operations. With a smile and a can-do attitude, she tackles every challenge that comes her way, ensuring everything runs smoothly. As the first point of contact, she warmly welcomes visitors, both on the phone and at the door and provides exceptional administrative support across all departments.

Kelly Blair, Care Manager
Kelly Blair brings a wealth of experience and dedication to The Hall. Kelly's expertise in all aspects of care is unmatched.
She works collaboratively with care practitioners to ensure exceptional care for our residents, from the moment they arrive at The Hall, whether transitioning from home or hospital. A true leader by example, Kelly is never one to hesitate and is always willing to go the extra mile to support residents and staff alike.

Stephanie Pyle, Activities & Wellbeing Coordinator
Stephanie is a driving force behind the positive and engaging atmosphere at The Hall. She brings a wealth of creativity and experience to her role as Activities & Wellbeing Coordinator, ensuring our residents' days are filled with stimulating and enjoyable activities.
Stephanie possesses a unique ability to plan and organise a diverse range of programmes that cater to a variety of interests and abilities. Her passion for resident wellbeing is evident in her dedication to ensuring everyone feels included and valued.

Andrew Shepherd, Operations and Compliance Director
Andrew studied law, working extensively for the Crown Prosecution Service in West Yorkshire before joining us. He obtained enormous experience in all aspects of law in a fast moving, high-pressure environment.
His deep examination of the legal aspects of running care homes in an ever complex world, where health and safety issues, the Mental Capacity Act and numerous other critical issues are at the fore, have proved vital in delivering the correct decisions for Park Lane Healthcare.

Claire Lane, Hospitality & Marketing Manager
Claire began working for Park Lane Healthcare 19 years ago working in accounts but since taking a break to have her three girls, is back in action as the Hospitality & Marketing Manager. It's a role that keeps her on her toes, but she wouldn't have it any other way!
She makes sure the residents feel comfortable and welcome, supports the activities team with all sorts of fun events, and keeps everyone in the loop with the monthly newsletter and Facebook updates.

Sandra Hustwick, Quality Director
Sandra joined Park Lane Healthcare in March 2025 as Quality Director. She began her career in nursing before moving into the private care sector, where she progressed to senior leadership roles, including Regional Manager for several major care groups. Sandra brings with her a wealth of experience in delivering high-quality care, and we are delighted to welcome her to the team.
